Dr. Gage is an Ormco Insider and an early adopter of Spark Clear Aligners and Ormco Digital Bonding. He received his dental degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine as part of the inaugural class. He then attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and received his certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Doctorate in Health Education. Dr. Gage currently serves as adjunct faculty at WesternU College of Dental Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Dr. Gage is very involved in the dental community and has led a Spear Study Club, serves on several clinical advisory boards, and is active in helping train and mentor the next generation of Orthodontists. Dr. Gage practices and resides in Parker, Colorado and is the owner and founder of LevelUp Orthodontics. He has been married for nearly 20 years and is a proud father of 4 children.
